Applied online and got a callback. Had an interview which did not seem extremely enthusiastic but I was happy to advance to the test project. I will say the test project took a lot longer than the time allotted. After that it was total silence. A week after I was supposed to hear back I got an email stating they were overloaded and it would take more time for the final decision. There was no communication after that and I decided not to follow-up.
