Entrevista
I received a message from a recruiter on linkedn, he was interested in my profile and said that he had a possible role for me at a London based company.
After I confirmed I was interested he did a quick java interview by asking basic java questions.
Next step was a quick interview with two of the team members that made questions about my background and experience and also tech questions.
After that I was invited to do a java project as first part of a technical test, the second part was a two hours interview with gamesys complete team to review and discuss the test and further discuss and evaluate my skills as a engineer.
The process took from December/2018 to February/2019. There was a halt to the process due to end of year celebrations.
In general the process was pretty good and swift. The interviewers were very receptive and made feel comfortable to answer the questions as best as possible.

Entrevista
I probably had the worst job interview experiences of my career with Bally's team.
From the moment the video call began, it was evident that the interviewers were disinterested and unengaged. Out of the three interviewers present, two seemed to have already checked out mentally, to the extent that they eventually turned off their cameras without any explanation or courtesy.
The only interviewer who did speak seemed more interested in delivering a monologue than engaging in a genuine conversation. Every time I was taking some time to answer a question, he would impatiently cut me off or dismissively say, "never mind," with an air of superficiality that bordered on disrespect.
It felt as though the interview was merely a formality and that the decision had already been made before the call even began. Their behavior conveyed a clear message: they were not interested in my qualifications or experiences and were actively looking for reasons to disqualify me.
Overall, this interview left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. It highlighted a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy on the part of the interview panel. A job interview should be an opportunity for both parties to assess suitability, but in this case, it felt like an exercise in futility from the outset.

Entrevista
I applied through a recruiter and process took around 3 weeks. First round was a telephonic interview with lots of technical questions. This is followed by a take-home test. After this I was called for a 2hour face-face interview. First 1hr is a a technical quiz by 2 interviewers and second 1hr by 2 different interviewiers with questions around technologies and day-day processes. After 3 days I received an offer letter for java developer. First half of f2f is more like a grilling session and had 2 technical tests. Second round was quite friendly compared to first which ended with a tour around the office.
