Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.
Entrevista
Went through several rounds of interviews, including phone screens and a 2 hour in-person interview with 5-6 staff members. Checked my references, but then never bothered to email or call me back to tell me that I would not be getting an offer. Not super professional -- a simple two line "hey sorry, we decided to go another direction" would have been the normally-expected response. When I checked their website, it appears they have not filled that position with any person (the existing digital marketing associate person on staff has remained and not changed). This leads me to believe it was a "research interview", which is common in low-budget marketing departments where they mock interview qualified candidates to get free marketing suggestions and insight. If you are interviewed in the same manner, I would suggest to send over an invoice to BSO after the fact for marketing consulting services.
