Virtual super day with three consecutive 45 min interviews (two technical, one behavioural). Then the response after some time. Overall good interview experience. Lacks communication between the candidate and HR.

It is important to note that the interviews are team-based at Balyasny Asset Management. So you are likely to have a different experience depending on the team that has been chosen for you. Here is the outline of my interview process: - HR Call (movitations, previous experience, questions related to university, what you know about BAM) - Technical Interview (Leetcode Medium question, similar to a variant of a Buy and Sell Stock medium) - Behavioural Interview (This was with a director within the team I was allocated to, talked mainly about motivations and a resume deep dive). - Final HR Offer Call Overall, the process was really quick, with the total duration taking under 2 weeks. All of the recruiting staff were pleasant and quick to respond to any requests. I would advise learning more about the team you are allocated to, or the behavioural interviews can be quite difficult.

The interview went really smoothly. 2 Rounds 30 minutes each, followed by a manager round. Interviewers had read through my resume thoroughly and were asking about previous work experience and projects listed. I was not asked leetcode style questions, rather only behavioral questions with some probing questions about my technical knowhow.
