Starts with a basic online application which is pretty normal. Then you have two recorded interviews which were a first for me. They gave warning and even set expectations about the video interviews on their website which was nice.

The first outreach was by a recruiter who went over a little about the job expectation and requirements. The initial interview was a virtual interview where you also had to show your excel capability. The second interview was with the head of Implementation.
