I applied for the position and within a couple of days received a call for a phone screening. The phone screen contained some of the most random questions I have ever heard, barely being on the edge of legal. For example, "What do you like to do in your free time?" After answering the question, they said "No, let's be more specific.. let's say it is an average Sunday, what are you doing?" Basically, asking if I go to church, as it is clear, they only want to hire people that share their religion and not based on their experience of abilities. After passing this process, I was scheduled for some "basic internet and Microsoft testing". When I was first told about the testing, I asked what the test would cover so I would be prepared. However, I felt highly mislead about the testing. First off, it was so basic, an elementary school student would have been able to pass it with flying colors. The testing was misleading and seemed to be an excuse to snoop and see what files and things I had saved on my personal computer. After passing the testing and final interview, I was given an offer to start, but declined as I do not want to work for a company who only hires me based on the fact they THINK I am LDS.
