Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela BambooHR em fev. de 2014
Entrevista
I found BambooHR first when I saw them at a career fair at my college, where I left them with a resume. I found the people interesting and engaging. There were several companies that I talked with so I honestly forgot about Bamboo until they contacted me to schedule an interview.
I decided I should go to their website to learn more about them. After a short time on their website I fell in love with the culture and friendliness of the company. I had an interview with a manager and another employee, both with technical knowledge. They asked me about myself and a lot of technical questions.
Once I was done they asked if I had a minute to meet with one of the co-founders (next step in the process). Normally they don't do this on the same day.
It may be good to note here that in the interview process they are looking first for someone that exhibits the company traits (friendly, honest, hard worker, motivated, quality work), then at your knowledge. Group productivity goes way down if you hire a smart jerk...
Once that was done there was radio silence for about a week. I thought things went well, but I didn't hear anything. Then I got a call from the co-founder I had met with to see if I was still interested, and how much I was thinking as far as salary. Later that day I got the offer letter with the salary we had discussed. Painless.
In previous interviews with other companies the interviewer would put on a stony face and try not to be personable. It was not this way with Bamboo. They were very friendly, personable and informative.

Questions weren't too difficult or unexpected overall. Just some simple technical questions to gauge what knowledge you have and to get to know your personality.
