Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela BambooHR (Lindon, UT) em abr. de 2015
Entrevista
I learned of the job through a referral, I went onsite for a meeting with HR and one of the founders. I showed up and got a tour from a EA who's first question are you from utah... and again once speaking with one of the founders, I was asked what do you like to do outside of work... I thought the conversations went really well, but it was clear I didn't fit the Utah county culture. After the interview I followed up with multiple emails and phone calls to get no response for 3+ weeks, until I spammed all the founders. For a small company focusing on HR software, the candidate experience is definilty an unknown to them. They seem to have a great product, but aren't doing anything to really top talent outside of the mormon community.
Thanks for the feedback (including the product compliment!) and sorry it took us so long to reply. The timing of your interview was particularly hectic, and we apologize for your experience. We've improved the experience of all the great people looking at BambooHR as a potential employer. Please feel free to reach out again to see what's changed—it's been awhile! They gave me a quick phone call after I submitted my application. It was very helpful to get my questions answered about the position before moving forward. I did not move forward after that so I don't know how the rest of the interview process is.

Toured the facility and then met with the HR Director and HR Coordinator. Both were polite and very kind in the interview. They did a great job describing the role and the company. Everyone seemed happy and excited to be working there. Seems like a good company and fun culture. I was nervous based on other interview evaluations I saw here that they might ask me if I went to church. Everyone was very professional and didn't ask anything inappropriate.
I was a little disappointed that I didn't get a phone call letting me know they were moving on to other candidates. Personally, I feel like if I'm spending my time and money (gas & babysitter) to meet with you face to face you can at least call me to tell me I didn't get the job- an automated email is so impersonal and leaves a poor impression.

I remember she asked "What's the best mistake you ever made?" That was a really hard question.
