It's very simple. In three stages, they evaluate your hard and soft skills. The first stage is about knowing your experience by chatting about what you've done. The second stage is a technical interview using diagrams and writing some code if necessary, where they evaluate the skills, so you'll have to demostrate you have the necessary skills. The last one is with RRHH where they evaluate your ADN (aptitude, mindset, and that kind of stuff).
