Interview was great. Had a great conversation with IDEX HR specialist and she informed me that I would be moving on to the next round with the hiring manager. Then she ghosted me. Didn't respond to my emails, calls and text messages. Never received a rejection email. They reposted the job a few weeks later. Doubt they ever even had the job open. Waste of time and disrespectful on how they handled this process.
