The interview began with a phone interview then face-to-face with staff. They made me feel comfortable during the interview process which allowed me to show my honesty and transparency with ease. I really enjoyed the interview, had my questions answered and believed I did well in the interview. I was told I would hear by the folowing Monday. I never heard back, even though I sent a thank you for the interview.
