Entrevista
Direct recruitment. Give your CV to branch manager. He will ask basic details and analyse your character and mostly select you when required. After that they will provide you the offer cum appointment letter. This appointment letter will not be provided in candidate mail but in branch email I'd and hard copy will be given to candidate for signing.

Entrevista
The interviewee will speak to you in vernacular. He will try to discourage and demotivate you as this is a very difficult job. Stick to your guns and keep a positive attitude.
