Applied online and recruiter reached out and then eventually ghosted me. I sent a follow-up and did not hear back. Very poor experience and rude recruiter. I cannot wait for AI to take over recruitment and hopefully that will eliminate the biased recruiters.

Entrevista
Phone screen with some basic background questions then a video interview that covered behavioral questions. Very easy to communicate with the recruiter, had friendly interviewers. For my position, there wasn't a lot of technical questions asked, mainly the typical behavioral ones in the video interview.
