It was a face-to-face interview over lunch with the hiring manager for a subsidiary of the company called Excelsior. The interview was dedicated to trying to convince me that this was not the company for me. I presented a 7 page booklet I had prepared of a 30-60-90-day plan that summarized my strategy to hit the ground running and achieve initial success in the position and beyond.
