It was long, but the 1st interview was over the phone by a talent recruiter (1hr), 2nd interview at a hospital with a field director, extremely engaging interview, detailed questions and you are expected to give detailed responses not your general interview questions (plan for at least an 1.5 hr). This was followed by a series of emails, and an interview set up for shadowing a practice manager for 3 hours to make sure your a good fit and to ask as many questions as possible. Be prepared to ask numerous, educated questions, you will be analyzed on the question you ask. The practice shading gives you a great opportunity to really get the truth from the practice manager on how the culture of Banfield is. This was followed by a interview with human resources, and finally the VP of the region (both hour phone interviews, or in person). Then you get that call, that they would like to offer you a position.

Very drawn out interview process with little respect for the candidate’s time. Several broken promises in terms of timeframe as well as offer details. I wasn’t expecting much, but I still came out disappointed
