I interviewed with the Office Manager and the doctor who was serving as chief of staff. We sat in one of the exam rooms and they gave me a quick run down on the job responsibilities and the company itself. They asked me a few basic questions and pretty much made the job offer then and there.

1 in person interview with the practice manager. A few questions about past work experience, knowledge of veterinary field, and what I was looking for in a company. The practice manager explained the company and went over what the training for the position consisted of.

The interview was conducted over video with the lead and manager. It was a very standard interview process with them asking questions about your relevant experience, situational questions, career goals, among others.
