Emailed first by a recruiter. Then a preliminary phone call from the recruiter to schedule a phone interview with the hospital, this took about an hour. Next was a Skype interview. Called 2 days later and was offered the position. I accepted over the phone. They were always very enthusiastic and helpful over the phone.

I was given a case of a dog vomiting and asked how to proceed with history questions, diagnostics, and treatment. The doctor from the hiring hospital role played as a client and I asked her questions and made decisions based on her answers. The case and client were not difficult, and it was pretty laid back. The interviewer was respectful and helpful over the phone.

Two parts. After the application, you get contacted by a recruiter for a screening interview with the recruiter followed by a 45-minute video call interview with the hiring manager. You can also visit the hospital. It was straightforward; no problematic questions were asked.
