Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Banfield Pet Hospital (Aurora, IL) em set. de 2011
Entrevista
I was initially given a phone interview from their corporate location, then asked to meet with another practice manager and a veterinarian in person at another location (not where I would be working). Upon arrival I was asked to fill out an application which took 15 minutes but waited on a bench for another 30 minutes. The interview lasted an hour, and included several 2 - 3 part scenarios which they wanted specific examples for each one. They were very professional, very nice and informative about the company. After the interview they gave me a tour of the hospital but did not introduce me to any of the other employees. The in-person interview process lasted about 2.5 hours and they told me they would let me know either way by the following Wednesday as they had several other interview over the weekend. I did not hear from them.

Say an employee comes to you with a complaint about a client that seems to have an attitude when in the hospital, the employee requests to no longer deal with that client. How would you handle this situation and give an example or similar situation you were involved in and tell us how you handled the employee as well as the client.
You notice that employee morale is not as good as it should be, how do you attempt to turn it around and if possible, give us an example of what you have done in the past to raise morale, how did the staff take to it and did you get any feedback, was it positive or negative?

Some interviews were very dynamic, mostly like conversations to get to know the candidate and see if I would be a good fit for the position. Others followed a more traditional format with prepared questions asking about past situations and how you handled them.
