Applied online a few weeks later got an email to schedule a phone interview. The interview lasted about 20 minutes with the chief of staff. She asked situational questions and explained the benefit for a full-time position. A little over a week after that they contacted me for a second interview and this time it was in-person with two other techs. The Same type of questions were asked and after I got a tour of the hospital. the day after the 1:1 interview I was offered the job.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.

My manager was super nice and responsive when it came to the hiring process. I went from application to hired in less than a week. Great experience. Would recommend to others if they love animals
