Hiring process was easy and straight forward. Easy to answer questions especially if you've already been in the field. They take you on a tour of the hospital briefly say hello to the staff and ask talk about the next step which was a working interview.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.
