First, there was an over-the-phone interview. Then, I was contacted again to come in for a face-to-face interview. After that, I did a 2 hour "observation" where I got to meet team members and see what to expect.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.
