Two part interview. Part one consisted of formal interview. Part two consisted of shadowing at the hospital for a select amount of time. The shadowing allowed you to see first hand the work environment and determine if you were a right fit.

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
