it was a very easy process that started with the recruiter for basic questions, then the director for more specific experience questions, then individual hospitals for ability to observe. All very nice and similar questions. They were willing to discuss banfield rumors

Two parts. After the application, you get contacted by a recruiter for a screening interview with the recruiter followed by a 45-minute video call interview with the hiring manager. You can also visit the hospital. It was straightforward; no problematic questions were asked.
