Contacted 2 weeks after applying online (although I have been applying for years). Impromptu phone interview when they called, came in for an interview 2 days later. That called that evening setting up a Observation Day, called me within the hour to offer me the position.

Entrevista
1 in person interview with the practice manager. A few questions about past work experience, knowledge of veterinary field, and what I was looking for in a company. The practice manager explained the company and went over what the training for the position consisted of.

The interview was conducted over video with the lead and manager. It was a very standard interview process with them asking questions about your relevant experience, situational questions, career goals, among others.
