Standard interview questions. The practice manager was very friendly and welcoming. She was very transparent and I appreciated her willingness to answer any questions I had. They do prefer some sort of work experience with animals.

Have you ever dealt with a difficult client and how did you handle it?

The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

The interview was conducted by both a hospital manager and veterinarian. The questions seemed pretty standard for this position. All in all a straightforward interview. The employees there seemed content.

My manager was super nice and responsive when it came to the hiring process. I went from application to hired in less than a week. Great experience. Would recommend to others if they love animals
