After completing HSC, I had to pass 3 stage of preliminary exam which are medical test, Viva, writen. After passing every stage respectively, I had to appear in ISSB (inter service selection board) for 4days. This stage consider as final stage where selected candidates get green card and unselected get red card. During these 4 days, a candidate has to face 3 dimensional test which are mental, physical and environmental. To begin with, Mental test is based on psychological test which is conducted in 1st day. Having positive mentality is beneficial. On the 2nd day, physical tasts are given, in which some of are group task, some of are individual. It's important to show leadership in group task and be energetic in individual task. Lastly, Viva is conducted on the 3rd day(sometimes 2nd day) based on the psychological assessment. Therefore, psychology assessment should be written very carefully. On the 4th day, they announced the results providing those green and red cards respectively among selected and un selected candidates.
