I applied through a friend's connection. They interviewed me twice, once on phone and once at a coffee place. I talked with 2 partners within the company; both of them are very nice and chill people. They asked about my past experience, my life goals, and pretty much how I think of graphic designing and whether if I believe I am capable of leading a team in the future. They seemed to be expecting someone with both the valor to commit and leadership in their choice of employee.
