Mostly talk about the personality things and not technical (HR Interview). The online test wasn't really hard but idk in my experience the interviewer is not the best. Mostly talkinng bout experience and what you do in your free time, talkinng about family relations, how you handle some problem, your personality as an individual.

Entrevista
I am a fresh graduate at SBM ITB with major in entrepreneurship. I applied in PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. in Management Development Program (some kind of Management Trainee). My application was rejected after the 5th stage of the selection, which is User Interview. From my assumption, It is because they still see the "entrepreneur" in me so I will not stay long enough in the company (which is the opposite of Management Trainee, where company invested in you for a long term career).

Entrevista
It went pretty long. We covered all of the items in my resume. And the interviewee really dig deep on our interest and seriousness of applying this position. So be careful not to be side tracked.
