Very brief hiring process through the head hunter. Met with the bank's Head of Lending over. We covered my employment history and discussed mutual contacts, Had lunch and discussed expectations for the position and compensation, lasted 1.5 hrs. I was extended the job that same week.

HR called and said normally they'd do a phone interview but would skip that step given my qualifications. Set up a meeting with the person who would be my supervisor. It was all very informal and relaxed.
