Wonderful and comfortable experience, I had the opportunity to be interviewed by two people who made me feel like family, they are very passionate about their jobs. They were looking for people who willing to learn Leumi culture and practice on a daily basis. The people are friendly; the managers focus more on who you are as an individual and how could you fit in their culture, besides the experience and skills that you can bring to succeed in the job. It is about trust, community, and responsibility. From the beginning to the end of the interview I noticed that they love what they are doing.
