Initial call with recruiter with soft intro, proceeded to office interview. The third and final was with the manager who invites you to talk for a few minutes. Very straightforward and not technical. They basically just want to see that you have competence.

I met with 4 different people. They were each very nice and pleasant. They told me how wonderful it is to work for the company. They shared with me what it would take to be successful.

Entrevista
Firstly, I got a phone call asking about my background and also why I want to work with Bank Leumi USA. After which, I was invited for an interview . I met 3 people including the manager, Nancy. They were all so nice and friendly and they made me feel completely at ease. I could immediately tell that they are a small close family there.
