basic interview questions. There was a phone interview with the recruiter. An appointment with one of the managers follow. If the like you, an offer is presented. Training is 6-8 weeks and you are assign to a team once the training is over

Entrevista
Recruiter contacts initially for pre screening. Following the initial telephone interview there is a follow up interview, also over the phone, dealing with situational questions. Final interview in the process is with 1 or 2 hiring managers. These interviews are fairly lengthy. They involve situational and personality based questions.
