I had a HireVue first, then a superday consisting of 2 30-minute interviews. The first part was all behavioral, and there was one technical question on the second part, while the rest was behavioral. Prepare a lot of questions you can ask after the interview

The superday consisted of two back-to-back 30-minute video interviews with members of the Enterprise Credit team. Both interviews were largely behavioral with a light technical focus. The first interviewer, a Senior VP/Commercial Credit Manager, reviewed my HireVue and asked about my background, internship experience, and interest in Enterprise Credit. The second interviewer, a Portfolio Manager, asked behavioral questions about teamwork, curiosity, and staying informed on financial news. The conversations were relaxed and conversational, and both interviewers emphasized culture, learning, and long-term development within the bank. I also had the chance to ask questions about skill development and career progression in credit.
