First round interview after the hirevue for a summer analyst position at BofA on investment banking. I wasn’t asked any technical questions, just motivation, mental math, and a recent deal. Very nice interviewer, felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Online and impersonal. I was disappointed with this interview. Overall I think they are cycling people through a crazy system and I was just a part of it for a brief moment

How changes in the Fed interest rate affect the economy
With the application, there will be an automatic hireVue which you need to submit within a week. You’ll be tested on behavioural questions about your motivation to join.
It consists of two stages - First round of interview, which is online and the second is the final day of Assessment centre. The process takes about 1-2 months.
