The first round was a hirevue that had three questions. Next, was the final round with 2 25 minute interviews that asked some basic technicals and more behavioral questions. They were not very hard technicals.

First you have to apply to the career launchpad and submit your resume. After you receive in an email with the hirevue link. After submitting your hirevue you wait until they call you. You have a phone interview where at the end they tell you that you are invited to the super day in Charlotte. In the super day they give you training on resume presentation, the STAR method to answer question, etc. at the end on the second day you have the interview with 2 managers in your program. You get the offer two weeks later approx

First there is a video recording of yourself answering some questions and then a superday consisting of 2 interviews. Initial video recordings are only difficult due to the fact that you do not have the opportunity to do it over. With that being said, you should definitely practice answering interview questions beforehand.
