First I submitted an online application, then I completed a one way video screening (e.g. via HireVue) with mostly behavioral-type questions.
If that goes well, you’ll have a phone or in-person interview with the hiring manager (and maybe a team lead), where they ask more behavioral questions — and occasionally some technical or market-related questions relevant to wealth management.
Expect typical interview prompts like why you want the role, why Bank of America, how you’d handle client scenarios, and possibly a few questions about markets or client investment strategies.
Finally, if required, there might be additional assessments, background checks, or final-round interviews before an offer.
