3 different interviews - one was a case study presentation with follow up questions which were quite hard and the other 2 were more competency. Half an hour each with a briefing call to start the day.
Online and impersonal. I was disappointed with this interview. Overall I think they are cycling people through a crazy system and I was just a part of it for a brief moment

How changes in the Fed interest rate affect the economy
With the application, there will be an automatic hireVue which you need to submit within a week. You’ll be tested on behavioural questions about your motivation to join.
It consists of two stages - First round of interview, which is online and the second is the final day of Assessment centre. The process takes about 1-2 months.
