The interview process included an initial HR screening followed by a behavioral and role-specific interview with the hiring manager. Questions focused on customer service experience, handling difficult situations, communication skills, and understanding of basic banking products. The process was professional and structured.

I did the hi revue video interview and proceeded to having a physical interview with the the branch manager. I was told that the recruiter would get back to me but nothing till now, it's been 5 months now. I called and dropped voice messages no response. I feel a response whether good or bad should be given to candidates. I did not expect this from Bank of America.
