I got a referral to this role in Seattle, WA. Applied with 4 years experience in the relate banking as well, Got HireVue link next day. Answered all questions, that was really easy, generally behavioural and about previous experience. After that I got letter like "Well, your passed an interview, just wait for a call". 3 weeks later, I haven't still got a call from HR and status of application is "Assessment in process". Just wasting of my time and rejected or HR office chilling. No any info lol

I did the hi revue video interview and proceeded to having a physical interview with the the branch manager. I was told that the recruiter would get back to me but nothing till now, it's been 5 months now. I called and dropped voice messages no response. I feel a response whether good or bad should be given to candidates. I did not expect this from Bank of America.
