Entrevista
The interview process is straightforward. There was no panel interview when I was interviewed. My interview was done entirely by telephone by the manager. Once the phone interview is done, HR will notify the interviewee of a second phone interview if they are selected.

1) As this is heavily excel-based, thus interview question was on the excel problem.
Very thorough and deatailed. They look for you to elaborate on knowledge that an individual has about previous or current roles that will assist in the success of the current role that you are interviewing for.
