I applied online for a few different jobs with the company and didn't receive word for a couple weeks, and thus I ultimately moved on and continued my search for employment. Though, I did end up getting an email stating that they would like to continue the process and move forward to the next step. After a preliminary written test, a quick 15 minute phone interview was scheduled and conducted, ultimately resulting in a face-to-face interview at the branch location. Both the phone and in person interview were a good experience. The bank manager and employees were kind, relatable, and possessed a professional attitude. Best advice would be to have an unbreakable positive demeanor and express your resilience to difficult situations, further explaining that you thrive in stressful and/or tedious situations. Also, that you take pride in your integrity.

Straightforward, they get to the point of how strong is your customer service kung-fu and what your sales record entails. They ask a lot of general bank questions to make sure you know your banking products. My manager also questioned me about my own interests and about myself to see if I would be a fit with the other coworkers. Great interview process overall.
