i applied online and got an email for a phone interview. After that i got another email saying i was chosen for the interview process and was flown to charlotte for 2-day interview process. there were three 30 min interviews. they paid for everything and i got a call about two days later with an offer.

I had one on campus interview which is of 30 min. As I told that I am good at C, C++ they asked me basic questions on C++, hr questions. This round is very easy to clear. After one week I was forwarded to next round of interview at New York. There I had three 1:1 interviews. Here they focused on oops concepts, data structures and projects on your resume. As I have done some finance courses they asked questions related to finance. In total it was very good experience and the interview was very easy. They are not looking for hard core coders but the one who know basics well. Prepare your resume well.
