Simple process written test, face to face interview, Skype interview with LOB, overall it was an average process. Although it took More than a month to get the offer letter from HR. Just three rounds are there and you are selected

Entrevista
Recruiter reached out to me after finding my resume on a career site, applied for position, spoke briefly with recruiter about Job details, benefits, schedules and inquired on my goals and why I left prior company. Scheduled a F2F with Senior VP for that next week, interview was a one on one and went incredibly well. Conversation was fluid and easy. Not intimidating.

Experience with coaching and development, How are you/were graded during your last position, explain how you met goals and utilize the STAR method as much as possible to give a better understanding. Also recommended creating 30/60/90 and explain to your goals with the company.
