First let me say I was already employed by Bank of America for 4 years. Initially, I posted for the position and the next day I was sent an assessment test. It consisted of a behaviorial multiple choice test about 20 minutes long and another 10 minute skills test. I finished just in time. About 3 days later, I had a phone interview with a recruiter who asked behavioral questions, lasted about 30 min. Then, about 4 business days later was invited to a panel interview for the next day. There were 5 other candidates who were all very good but few had customer service experience which was desired. There were only 3 questions asked of us all. Describe a weakness. Why do you want to come to the fraud department? and What one word would you use to describe yourself? I was surprised it was not more in-depth and was expecting a follow-up o1:1 but was notified about a week later that I got the position. The recruiter

It was an online interview on Webex, with one of the business manager. i only had a round of interview. It started with a self introduction and few questions. then within a week or so got the call from Hr and she help me with documentations

phone interview was fairly easy and i made it to the second round for the face to face interview. the use the star method for interviews . look up the job description and some of the core value bofa has will help you
