Applied online on their job portal. Received a video interview invitation in 3 days. After the video interview, I was then invited to a Final Round interview in NYC. The first day was an informal meeting and networking event with managers, senior staff members, and recent employees from the various departments within the Bank. I spent the whole first evening talking to different hiring managers (they told me) about what they are doing in the industry, what are some implications while being on the job, etc. They provided all the invitees with gift cards; I was given a $100 gift card to help compensate for the travel and food (I was local; if you are from outside the NYC metro area then they will fly you in the premises and will even book a hotel for you.) Before leaving on the first evening, we were given our designated folder in which it contained the agenda for the next day with the interviewer's names. Interview day: It consisted of 2 interviews, 30 minutes each. Some candidates had a break in between, some had back-to-back interviews. I had a 35 minutes break. The first interviewer was actually someone I already talked to the previous evening in the networking session. he knew me already by the morning of the interview date, It was mostly behavioral with some questions regarding data structure, algorithm, and some verbal technical question. He was nice and very outgoing in terms of an in-person conversation. He was actually a hiring manager. The next interviewer asked me mostly technical questions with some behavioral and he was nice too. It was a very smooth experience overall. I received a phone call from the Charlotte office the very next day with an offer.
