several phone interviews with a recruiter, a phone interview with my manager's manager, a day of in person interviews with my manager, the incumbent, the office functional managers. These interviews seemed to be directed at my fit into the organization and the willingness I had to complete the job duties. This was followed by phone another interview with the recruiter representing HR.
