Minimal Interview process as the resume was given to the manager by a former bank associate. The interview consisted of 2 half-hour one on one discussions. During the hiring process there was a lot of finger-printing and background searches done. The recruitment process consisted of telling me outrageous possibilities of what the bonus structure was and what I would get or could hope to get. So, agreed on a lower than what I should have on the salary with the expectation that the remainder would come as part of the bonus.
