This position was based upon a business need, and I perfectly fit the bill. So, it's almost like it was a done deal from the get go. However, what helped in my interview process was asking the hiring manager all sorts of questions about their project management philosophy, current challenges and future desires for their team.

Typical questions on finance and behavioural. Best to come in a good suit and rolex just in case. Assessors love people who has similar tastes. Other than that create small talk.

Describe a time you were in a position of leadership.
Very conversational, interviewer asked only a few technical questions but overall very chill. Just prepare for a behavioral interview mostly. The questions were pointed scenario based and wanted to know how you would react in a specific situation.
