The interview process was good and had 3 rounds. Interviewers were friendly and provided insights into the role that they are hiring for. The whole process took about one month.

Contacted via recruiter about the role as I posted my CV on monster, the job its self was not listed on BAML website. A week later I had a 45 minute phone interview with a director. Was very relaxed interview was mostly talking about my prior experience with another Investment Bank but I did get two brain teaser questions. I got invited to a face to face in their office in Leopardstown. There was two interviews the first being a technical interview which covered OOP and DB questions followed by a coding exercise were I had to write code on a overhead projector which was a bit off putting but they helped me through it. Got asked why I wanted to join BAML. Second interview was with the director I had the phone interview and the manager of the team I would be going into. It was mostly competency based questions and them telling me about the role. The two interviews went on for 2 and half hours. The next day I got word that I had been offered a position.
