Internal job reference, so it only consisted of a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager in Chicago, followed by a phone interview with the groups manager in NY. As i already worked for the bank, the questions were more personality related and just making sure I'd fit in with the group. Got message saying i had the job within 5 days of expressing interest.
